This research was the assessment of self-care management of diabetes mellitus patients under insulin at Kibogora District Hospital, The aims of this study was to assess self-care management of diabetes mellitus patients under insulin at Kibogora District Hospital, the specific objectives was two: the first was assess knowledge self- care management of diabetes mellitus patients under insulin therapy at Kibogora District Hospital, the second objectives was assess the attitude on insulin therapy used for managing Diabetes mellitus at Kibogora District Hospital
