This reseach was conducted to found out the prevalence and associated risk factors of toxoplasma gondii among pregnant women attending Kibogora Level two teaching Hospital from 2022 up to 2023.Toxoplasma gondii is health ploblem wordwide with major consequence on human health.

Globally, Toxoplasma gondii causes most of the death word wide, two main routes of transmission have been described in humans is by oral ingestion of the parasite and trans placental transmission (from mother to child). and can be transmitted to human by accidental ingestion of water, food, or soil contaminated with T.
